Potts Law Firm Clients a Part of $1Billion Settlement Recently Approved

The Potts Law Firm LLP participated as Class Counsel for 3 states involved in the $1 Billion settlement against AT&T.

The firm represents the sub-classes of New York, New Jersey, and Arkansas in recovering tax refunds for consumers in those states. AT&T will facilitate the refund of improper taxes charged to customers who used AT&T smart phones to access the internet. The Potts Law firm will be responsible for collecting settlements as follows: New York – $164.6 million, New Jersey -$34.4 million, and Arkansas – $18.7 million.
