Upon graduation he was named to the Order of the Barrister, a national honor society which recognizes excellence in brief writing and oral advocacy skills.

Bret joined The Potts Law in May of 2009 as a law clerk and became an associate with the firm upon graduation. Bret is licensed in Missouri and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Association for Justice.
