Consumer Protection Lawsuits

The Potts Law Firm is actively litigating consumer protection class actions such as BPA and AT&T Mobility. See the “class actions” area of practice for more information on those cases. The Potts Law Firm filed the first consumer protection class action in the state of Arkansas in regards to the drug Vytorin. Other cases recently resolved include representing citizens of Missouri under the Fair Debt Collections Act and representing the elderly improperly advised to invest in variable annuities clearly unsuitable to the investor with high fees for the broker.
