Dusti Harvey is licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of New Mexico. She worked for Keleher & McLeod, a large defense firm in Albuquerque, focusing on insurance defense, medical malpractice, products liability, auto accidents and civil litigation. Ms. Harvey then directed all aspects of litigation as corporate counsel for a large nursing home chain for over six years. She was in charge of the Alternative Dispute Resolution program under the corporation’s bankruptcy and traveled the United States mediating over 1,000 nursing home cases. She now devotes a significant portion of her practice to advocating for the well-being of elderly individuals residing in nursing homes.

Ms. Harvey has lived in New Mexico for the past twenty years and has strong ties and family roots in New Mexico. Ms. Harvey graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in May, 1996. During her law school career, she was a member of:

Ms. Harvey has lectured at nursing home seminars and to numerous organizations on a broad range of topics. She educates others in choosing a nursing home for your loved one, advocating for great care for your loved one in a nursing home, definition and signs of abuse and neglect, what to do if you suspect nursing home abuse or neglect, and the most common types of nursing home
claims.
