The Potts Law Firm, LLC, which is based in Kansas City, Missouri, was founded by attorney Derek H. Potts, as a law firm whose sole focus is representing persons in complex civil litigation and jury trials. The team of attorneys at the Potts Law Firm represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injuries/job related injuries; medical/professional negligence; wrongful death; nursing home abuse and neglect; dangerous and defective products; dangerous drugs; auto/semi truck wrecks; securities; wrongful denial of insurance benefits; and investment pension fraud/negligence.
