Zimmer Knee Nexgen MIS Tibial Plate Recall
Zimmer is an orthopaedic knee implant manufacturer. In the past decade thousands of the Zimmer NexGen High Flex knee systems were implanted in patients, marketed to allow for a greater degree of flexibility. Recent studies demonstrate that not only are these NexGen Flex knee implants not resulting in greater flexibility, but unfortunately patients are experiencing higher than normal rates for mechanical loosening, infection and pain. Some patients are requiring replacement surgery within 18 to 24 months of the original implant. Potts Law is accepting cases involving the Zimmer NexGen Flex knee system and Zimmer MIS Tibial Plate recall.
