Meet Kori Westbrook

Partner – Mass Torts, Complex Litigation and Property Loss Divisions

Kori Westbrook focuses her practice on helping clients nationwide injured by dangerous products and harmful pharmaceuticals. She also represents policyholders who have been denied or underpaid by their insurance companies for property damage caused by hurricanes, tornados, fires and hail/wind events.

BIOGRAPHY

Kori graduated with a degree in Political Science and Spanish from Baylor University before pursuing her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While in law school, Kori participated in multiple national moot court competitions winning several national finalist team advocate awards, as well as national top appellate brief awards.

After law school and before dedicating her law practice to representing injured parties, Kori worked as a defense lawyer representing corporations. The decision to shift the focus of her career was an easy one and has given her a unique perspective and insight while representing injured clients against corporations and insurance companies for wrongdoings. Kori has successfully managed the intake, pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement of tens of thousands of cases including, but not limited to Asbestos, Transvaginal Mesh, Risperdal, Roundup, Xarelto, Hernia Mesh, Zantac, Camp Lejeune and Talc dockets.
