Meet Nate Scearcy

Partner- Catastrophic Personal Injury Division

As Partner at The Potts Law Firm, Nate actively participates in the handling and litigation of complex product liability, personal injury, and eminent domain matters. Nate began working with the firm after his first year in law school. Since then, he has helped gain favorable results for clients all across the nation.

Biography

Born and raised in Kansas City, Nate attended Rockhurst High School where he learned to embody the school’s mantra of being a “Man for Others.” Nate pursued his law degree at the University of Kansas where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2015. Prior to his legal education, Nate received his degree in psychology from Creighton University, where he was an active member in his fraternity’s philanthropy work and frequent volunteer at area schools.

Nate has always had a passion for helping and getting to know others. “As an attorney, I am in a unique position to get to know people on a professional and personal level. Even though I operate in a professional environment, these matters concern my clients’ private lives and their livelihood. This is not something I take lightly.” Regardless of the issues at stake, Nate excels at maintaining a real relationship with those involved. His care for clients is matched only by his ability to professionally and diligently respond to their cases.
