Potts Law Firm Expands Practice into Dallas, Texas

The Potts Law Firm is opening its new office in Dallas, Texas, and adding two highly accomplished trial lawyers. The Firm is expanding its practice to include areas such as complex commercial litigation and fraudulent transaction litigation.

Potts’ Dallas location welcomes Partners Micah Dortch and Maryssa Simpson, formerly of Cooper and Scully. Christopher Lindstrom, also from Cooper and Scully, will be joining The Potts Law Firm in their Houston office as a Partner. Mr. Dortch has represented clients ranging from large national corporations to individuals who have suffered from various forms of catastrophic personal injuries. Mr. Dortch appeared in the Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars® list in 2010, and again from 2012-2017. Maryssa Simpson has advocated for clients in both state and federal courts in Texas and specializes in injury and commercial disputes. Christopher Lindstrom has a background in personal injury litigation and more recently focuses on recovering monies in bankruptcy disputes, breach of contract, and product liability. Mr. Lindstrom has appeared in the Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Stars® list from 2009 – 2015.
