Winter Weather Storm of 2021

Thursday, February 11 would be the start of a long week for the state of Texas winter weather. When winter storms Uri and Viola hit the state of Texas, millions of homeowners and businesses lost power. The loss of power companied with subzero temperatures caused water to freeze in pipes. This extreme winter weather prompted a flood of insurance claims for busted pipes and water damage. Like many residents, you may not know the details of your policy, or the tricks insurance companies may use to deny, delay or underpay your claim.  As a law firm we can’t repair the pipes, but we can make sure you receive the money you need to make repairs from your plumbing and cover the damage to your personal property. We will help guide you through the insurance claim process and even provide you with legal representation should your insurance carrier undercompensate you.

Deciding who will represent you in a lawsuit may be one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make.  This choice will largely determine how long your case will take to resolve and what monetary amount you may ultimately receive from a jury or through a settlement.

Unlike some other law firms that focus on getting a large number of clients and a quick payday, we recognize and understand your needs and will treat your case with the respect and personal attention you deserve. We will fight for the maximum amount of compensation for you, and stand ready and willing to go the distance, all the way to trial.
